Primadona Return & Exchange Policy
Looking to return or exchange an item? No problem! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Primadona purchase. Here's a quick rundown of our policy:
What can be returned or exchanged:
- Unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. The original packaging, including cellophane, must be intact and unopened.
- Incorrect items shipped by Primadona. These will be replaced free of charge, as long as the original packaging remains undamaged.
What cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened items (including perfumes, cosmetics, etc.) due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Items returned after 14 days of receiving your order.
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Items missing original packaging, price tags, labels, free gifts, or accessories.
- Items where the retail packaging has been opened (including sealed boxes, riveted packaging, or broken cellophane).
How to return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Ship the unopened item(s) back to us in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt, a specialized team will carefully inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the return/exchange criteria.
- Once approved, we will issue a store credit or refund the original purchase amount using your preferred method (electronic voucher or bank deposit).
